An administrator updated the form being opened. One or more fields were added to the form. However, you have a customized view of the form. To avoid possible conflict with your customizations, the new field is added as a hidden field on your view. You can use the Customize View operation in BMC Remedy User to locate the new field, move it to an appropriate location, and make it visible if you want to use it.
